Join the band of brothers known as Iron Men and for a great time of fellowship and breaking bread together.

Men, February 7-14 is National Marriage Week” and on Saturday, February 17 we will hear what God says in his Word about marriage and consider and discuss the following question from our (video) guest speaker, Gary Thomas: “What if God did not intend marriage to make us happy, but rather to make us holy?”

Whether you are currently married or considering the possibility, come and hear the reason for this question, and be a part of the discussion that follows. You will enjoy a great meal and get connected with like-minded men, enjoy some time with the guys, and build lasting relationships.  The gathering will end at approximately 10:30 am.

Sunday, February 11: Young Adults Group

Bridge of Life is offering an exciting opportunity for young adults on the first Sunday of every month at 5:00 pm.  Due to Super Bowl Sunday, this month’s young adults group has been postponed to Sunday, February 11 at 5:00 pm.

If you have graduated high school and are still under 35 years old, we look forward to seeing you there!  This monthly gathering is an opportunity to discuss, pray, seek, and build each other up for the kingdom of God.

Tuesday, January 30: Prayer Meeting

Prayer changes us and moves the heart of our God. Plan now to join us for group prayer on Tuesday, January 30 at 7:00 p.m. at the Secret Place in the Annex. The entire time is devoted to waiting on God and prayer. Contact Linda Barnhart if you have a specific request for prayer.  Prayer meetings are every other Tuesday, so join us when you can.

Sunday, January 28: Kelly Wright

On Sunday January 28, our speaker at Bridge of Life will be Kelly Wright. For more than 30 years, Kelly has been reporting on major news events.  Kelly is currently a general assignment reporter for Fox News Channel (FNC), based in the Washington, D.C. bureau.  He is also a co-host on “America’s News Headquarters” on Saturdays.  Kelly’s travels have taken him to the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the White House, the Pentagon, US Capitol and other places of influence.

Bridge of Life’s free movie for January is “The Lego Ninjago Movie.”

The battle for NINJAGO City calls to action young Master Builder Lloyd, aka the Green Ninja, along with his friends, also secret ninja warriors. Led by Master Wu, as wise-cracking as he is wise, they must defeat the evil warlord Garmadon, who also happens to be Lloyd’s dad. Pitting father against son, the epic showdown tests these fierce but undisciplined modern-day ninjas as they learn to check their egos and pull together to unleash the inner power of Spinjitzu.
